The death has occurred of Margaret Ann (Anna) Cooney, Cortown, Kells, Co.Meath and formerly of Mabestown, Delvin, Co.Westmeath. Peacefully after a long illness in loving care of St.Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown and previously at home by Meath Palliative Care team, surrounded by her niece and family. Deeply mourned by her brother and sister-in-law Michael and Peg Cooney ( USA) and their daughters Ann, Kathy, Terri along with their respective families, her nephew Vincent Cooney, niece Julie (Carry), her husband Niall and their sons James, Alan and Niall, nephew Patrick and his wife Lisa and their children Sean and Clare (USA), extended family members close family, connections and dear friends.
May beloved Anna rest in peace Reposing at her niece Julie Carry’s residence Calliaghstown, Kells tomorrow, Friday afternoon from 2pm. Removal on Saturday morning leaving residence at 10.30am to the Church of Christ the King, Cortown arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial afterwards in Delvin Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Meath Palliative Care or St.Francis Hospice. |
