Jesus assures his disciples that he is risen from the dead and sends them to preach the gospel in his name. He assures us of this too, and we are sent to be his people in our family, among our friends, in all parts of the world.
The death has occurred of Christopher (Christy) Travers. Durhamstown, Bohermeen, Navan, Meath
Peacefully surrounded by his loving family.Predeceased by his parents Patrick & Kathleen, brothers Oliver, Pat & Joseph, sister Margo and his baby granddaughter Shauna.
Christy will be very sadly missed by his loving wife Eileen, daughter Sharon (Kavanagh), sons Justin, Padraig, Colm and Brian, grandchildren Shane, Aisling, Patrick,
Jesus is glorified by his father and receives his mission from him. Jesus’ transfiguration encourages us to be confident that we shall be with God eternally if we are faithful to him now.
